Our mentoring and interview training programs cover essential items like what to wear, how to make eye contact, shake hands properly and send a thank you note.  You will meet pilots and mentors from the airlines, former military, the Civil Air Patrol, U.S.. Guard, Air National Guard,  CHP, Metro Fire Sacramento, CALFIRE, Placer County Sheriff, and Alaska Bush flying.  Faculty from the Sacramento City College A&P program and William Jessup University aviation programs will be present. Attendees from this program have achieved jobs at Regional/ Major Airlines, Corporate Flight Departments and CFI Flight Instructor positions at airports throughout the country. One attendee earned a pilot slot in the USAFR KC-135 Squadron at Beale AFB and is now an aircraft commander. Another was hired by RAVN in Alaska as a mechanic.
