Many factors contribute to what Placer County sees as the taxable value of your aircraft, including type, age, condition, engine and airframe time, avionics package, and how you use it.  Sam Sherrod of the Placer County Assessor's office will be on hand with a presentation and to answer questions about how the county determines the amount of tax you pay on your aircraft.
