Auburn pilot and AAA member Ken Dwelle will bring his ten-year aircraft restoration project, a 1953 British Hawker Sea Fury, to the meeting (weather permitting) and tell us about the detailed processes and testing that went into preparing the plane to fly again. Formerly known as the Critical Mass, a Reno Air Races Unlimited Class racer, the plane has been painstakingly overhauled back to stock condition. Photo courtesy Mark E. Loper.
